Steelers Sign Ryan Clark, Antwaan Randle El, Jonathan Scott

The Steelers made three roster moves on Tuesday, re-signing free agent safety Ryan Clark to a four-year deal while signing a familiar face in free agent wide receiver Antwaan Randle El to a three-year contract. Additionally, the team signed free agent offensive tackle Jonathan Scott to a one-year deal.
